“I like to go there every week and just sit there, it’s so peaceful. I tell him about my week it makes me feel better” I tell them and Lilly squeezes my hand

“You tell the boys hi next time you go from all of us ok,” she says, and I smile

“I will.”

“So, what happened after that?”

“Well, he drove straight to the airport, and we flew to Vegas and got married.”

“Oh god that is so romantic” I laugh, she’s got this thing about romance, but never happy when it comes to guys

“It was amazing, and Julia and Scarlet are the best, oh and they said next time we all want a holiday to head to Vegas and they’d look after us.”

“Really,” Lena says and I nod “Damn Ladies after you all pop I think we should all head out to Vegas for a long girly weekend” we all laugh

“Sounds good to me,” Maggie says

“Me too,” Sheryl says

“So, how was the wedding night,” Abbey asks wiggling her eyebrows

“ABBEY!” all the girls say, and she huffs

“I’m trying to live vicariously through you bitches, please give me this.”

“Ella don’t you dare tell her a thing,” Lena says hitting Abbey on the arm

“What?” she says, rubbing her arm and Lena rolls her eyes

“So, what did you do in Vegas? I’ve always wanted to go” Tink says, and I smile, remembering Julia and I on the Stratosphere ride

“We done it all, I knew we had to get back to we asked the guys to show us it all, we did the Titanic exhibition and Julia and I done the part in the movie where Jack and Rose were at the stern of the ship.”

“Oh, the bit where she’s I’m flying,” Tink says, and I nod laughing

“We looked so funny, I’ve got photos on Blazes phone I’ll show you when they get back.”

“So, it was fun then?” Niya asks me

“So much fun” I look at the girls, and they keep looking at the door

“So, what’s going on?” I ask them, and they all look at each other, “Come on just tell me.”

“They found out who the pretend Devil is.”

“Who?” I ask them, and they look around

“Blaze’s brother Chase,” Lilly says, and I look at her

“I didn’t know he had a brother” Maggie and Sheryl nod

“Yeah, did Blaze tell you his Dad was a member” I shake my head

“No”

“Tin-Man” Sheryl says smiling “he was so funny the life of the party” Maggie smiles as well

“Yeah, he was a great guy.”

“What happened to him?”

“He and a few of the other guys were killed by the Dragon Kings, sent them back in pieces in a cooler.”

“In a cooler,” I ask and they both nod

“Yeah, one of the girls opened the cooler screaming.”

“In pieces,” I ask feeling sick at the thought of Blaze’s father being murdered and cut up

“That was a shit day,” Maggies says, and Sheryl nods

“Yeah, Blaze was still only a kid.”

“He was in his twenties,” Sheryl says

“That’s still a baby to me,” Maggie says

“Anyway, Cindy Tin-Man’s second wife, they had a boy Chase, he was what?” Sheryl says

“Four or five,” Maggies says

“Yeah, anyway, after Tin-Man’s death, Cindy blamed the club. We tried to go and see her, but every time we did she’d slam the door in our face and tell us to fuck off.”

“Then what happened?” I ask them

“We still made the effort to go and see her, but one day we got to the house, and it was empty. The club tracked her down and try to help out, but she’d send every cheek back with a big ‘fuck you’ written across each one.”

“And Blaze’s brother?”

“Never knew where he was until the club drag him in yesterday.”

“Where are they now?” I ask them, and they all say in unison

“The barn.”

“What’s the barn?” I ask

“Somewhere you never want to be taken to,” Niya says

“Have you been there?” I ask her, and she nods

“Yeah, years ago when the club saved me.”

“They saved you?”

“That is another long story,” she tells me

“So, what happens now?” I ask them and they all shrug

“That honey is club business,” Maggie says, and I sit back wondering how my husband is doing with this and what the heck they're going to do with his little brother.

Chapter Forty-Five

Blaze

I look at my little brother as he stands up to face his punishment “Choose three fighters” Razor tells him

“Three?” he asks, looking around “Him” he points to Cuff “Him” he points to Cookie and “Him” he points to Colt

“Did you just pick all the guys with blonde hair?” I ask him, and he shrugs

“They don’t look as scary as the rest,” he tells me, and I shake my head

“Little brother, these men have all done shit that would make you shit your pants, it didn’t make a difference which one you choose, they're all good fighters.” He looks back behind me as Cookie stretches like a fuckhead and I shake my head, and I lean in and whisper in Chase’s ear “Hit him in the face, he loves his looks too much” he nods smiling
