Zane wipes his mouth with his sleeve and gives her a look. “And you just gave it away, sugar. I’ve had other bosses. I wasn’t going to say it was you.”

“Goddamnit!” Brittany turns away from all of us and buries her head against the back of her chair.

“I knew it!” Colin repeats as he looks between the two of them. He told me yesterday that he had suspicions, but I didn’t believe it.

“Why did I play this stupid game?” Brittany moans when she turns back around. “You cannot tell anyone,” she demands, looking at Colin, Owen, and me.

“We didn’t work together yet when it happened, and we didn’t know we would be working together,” Zane says.

“Tell us more.” Colin folds his hands under his chin, like he’s ready for all the tea.

“Fuck off,” Zane says matter-of-factly, and I feel a flare of jealousy toward the man that takes me by surprise. I’m also impressed.

“Never have I ever gone skinny dipping,” Brittany says, eager once again to change the subject.

I shake my head, but Colin, Owen, and Zane all pass around the bottle.

“Don’t you ever worry,” Brittany asks, “with having long, dangling appendages, and you know … don’t fish ever try to bite them?”

“Long, huh?” Colin asks. “Are you talking about everyone’s dick that you’ve seen, or just about mine?” He turns and looks at Zane, and then back at Brittany. The man is just trying to piss her off.

“That was fun,” I say with maximum sarcasm. “And I think it’s time to stop now.”

The guys will probably assume I want to stop because the questions are embarrassing me, but it’s actually because I’m starting to think about their cocks way too much. I haven’t forgotten how wonderful Zane’s is, or how long Colin’s and Jordan’s are, and now I’m starting to wonder about Owen’s too. This is so wrong.

“I guess we’d better stop while you can still walk,” Jordan says. “I think you had the most to drink.”

“You ganged up on me,” I say, instantly regretting it, and Colin gives me a look that lets me know he doesn’t miss the word association. Fuck. Now I’m picturing myself at the center of a gangbang!

I’m suddenly way too hot, and when I take off my sweater, four sets of eyes drift down to my chest. “Relax, I’m wearing a bra,” I say. Oops, something’s wrong with my censor.

“Maybe we should’ve played strip poker instead,” Colin says.

I wouldn’t mind seeing all of their chests. I’ve seen them on stage, but that was at a distance. I need to see them close up. Oh shit.

I’ve had way too much to drink. I have no business thinking this way. I barely like these guys. They’ve started to become more tolerable, but maybe that’s the alcohol making me think that. Besides, I’m their boss.

“Time for me to go to bed,” I announce, just before I make a quick exit.

When I come back out of the bathroom after changing into my pajamas, which I wish were much more modest than the silky short-shorts and thin, cotton tank top I have, I overhear the men talking about their sleeping arrangements.

“Should we flip a coin?” Owen’s saying, and I feel bad. It’s really not right for me to take up such a big bed by myself and make two big guys sleep on the floor. Plus, they have to perform tomorrow.

I peek out into the main room and watch Jordan flip the coin for the coin toss. He and Zane call heads, and it comes up tails. Jordan and Zane are the ones who’ll have to sleep on the floor or the sofa, and the sofa’s definitely not a viable option, even for my smaller frame, but especially not for their large bodies.

I’ve slept with Zane in my bed, and it was actually a very pleasant experience, but I can’t invite him in and leave Jordan out. I also really don’t want to sleep on the floor myself.

“You two can sleep in the bed with me,” I say, catching all four men by surprise. When they look over at me, I add, “It’s a big bed. No touching. Just sleeping.”

Jordan’s brow arches as Zane nods his head.

“You sure?” Jordan asks.

“Yep. Don’t ask again, or I might change my mind.” Even though I know it’s the buzz of alcohol making me think this is okay, I’m also just trying to make the best of an unfortunate situation. We sit in a van all day, and although it’s as comfortable as highway travel can be, making someone sleep on the floor at night just doesn’t seem right.

I say goodnight to Owen and Colin, who are still wearing surprised looks on their faces. Colin’s jaw is hanging quite low, actually.

After dimming the lights in the room, while leaving enough of a glow for the men to navigate the space, I crawl into the bed, adjust the pillows, and lie on my back, staring up at the ceiling.
