He walked us to his bedroom before gently laying me down. My muscles were weak and happy and so damn relaxed. “Now,” he said after he’d gotten me settled. “Let’s get some food in you.” He grinned down at me where he had his phone in his hands, assumingly to order in. “You’re going to need it before round two.”

My lips parted, my body already flushed from what he’d just done to me. Anticipation spiraled down my spine, and I couldn’t help but smile back at him. “You are the perfect man.”

WESTON

“And I disagree,” Brynn said from where she sat at the head of the conference room table.

All eyes lobbied back to me, where the staff had been witnesses to a disagreement Brynn and I were having. Which might’ve been the first one in weeks, since we’d been living in an ecstasy-like bliss since we agreed to be together.

But this wasn’t about where we were going to eat for dinner or how long I was going to wind her up before finally making her come.

This was business, and she above all people wanted me to treat her like I would anyone else when it came to the business side of things. Still, I couldn’t help but feel like I’d be paying for this later.

“We need two presentations,” I said for the fifth time this meeting. “It’s reckless to prepare just one. This is Nike. We need to see at minimum two presentations with different viewpoints before we can decide which one to present to Nike—”

“The CEO heading up this product launch has already contacted me personally to say she’s loving the test campaigns we’ve sent her.”

I smiled at the fire in her eyes, but did my best to separate the need it had swelling in my veins. “Which is a great thing,” I said. “But it’s not a definite sell. We can’t rely on early optimism. We have to keep working every angle we can until we land the brand.”

Brynn stared me down, but eventually blew out a breath and nodded. “That’s fair,” she said, before nodding to the staff. “You’ve all been doing amazing work. Why don’t you talk among yourselves and figure out who you’d like to take lead on an alternative point of view for another presentation option, and get back to us?”

There was a collection of nods around the table.

“Okay,” I took over. “You’re free to go.”

The room filed out until it was just me and Brynn left. She backed away from the table, standing to fold her arms over her chest and planted me with a look that screamed trouble.

“Don’t look at me like that,” I said.

She pursed her lips. “You couldn’t have brought that up outside of a staff meeting? Discussed it with me first?”

I shrugged, giving her my most apologetic smile. “I honestly didn’t think it would be something you’d disagree with. And weren’t you the one saying I shouldn’t treat you any differently just because…”

Her eyebrows raised. “Because what?”

I smirked, letting my eyes trail the length of her body. She looked stunning in her skirt and blouse outfit, the fabric hugging her curves in all the spots I wanted to strip her down and worship her.

“Oh,” she said, a flush raking her cheeks.

She headed over to the door, and just as I was about to tell her not to leave angry with me, she shocked the hell out of me and flipped the lock. She made sure to swish her hips in an irresistible way as she spanned the distance between us, placing her hands on the arms of the office chair I sat in at the opposite side of the conference table.

“You mean because we’re dating now?” she asked, her voice a whisper even though she very well knew the answer.

“Yes,” I said, holding her gaze as she leaned over me, smoothing her hands over my chest. “Brynn,” I said, drawing out her name. “What are you doing?”

She bit her bottom lip, her hands roaming lower.

“Punishing you,” she said, shocking the hell out of me as her fingers went for my belt.

“Brynn,” I said, half chiding and half excited.

She arched a brow at me, undoing my belt and zipper, her cool hand wrapping around my cock before I could say another word.

“Fuck,” I hissed. “How is this a punishment? And why am I in trouble when I did exactly what you told me to do?”

She seemed to consider, then shrugged, squeezing me tighter as she pumped me up and down. “You just are,” she said. “And the punishment part is this…”

Brynn dropped down to her knees, shifting between my thighs in the sexiest move I’d ever seen in my entire life. She dipped her head down, flicking her tongue over the head of my dick. I jerked in my seat, the sensation sending a lick of fire straight down my spine. She grinned a winner’s smile, then did it again.
