With Lincoln’s help, I stood up from the floor. He gently took Hope from my arms and then pressed a tender kiss to my forehead. “Go on,” he told me. “You deserve this.”

I pouted, running my hand over her hair. “I hate letting her out of my arms.”

He pressed a quick kiss to the tip of my nose. “You can hold her anytime you want to,” he promised me. “But you deserve this chance to relax and re-bond with everyone else as well.”

I sighed, running my eyes over his face. “You’re so perfect,” I blurted in a whisper.

He flashed me a grin. “Nah, babe. But every fucking day, I try to be everything you need me to be.”

“Hogging our woman again?” Jessie teased as he wrapped his arms around me from behind. He handed me a small bag. “Your clothes are in there.” He lightly tapped my ass, making me squeak in shock. “Get changed, baby girl. We want to see our woman in a bikini.”

A dark blush colored my cheeks at his words. I turned around to slap his chest. He laughed and caught my hand, yanking me close to him so he could cover my lips with his.

I moaned in protest when I felt the warmth beneath me moving and my body being lifted. “Shh,” Jessie whispered.

I opened one eye, taking in my surroundings. Lincoln was making his way to the back hallway, where Julian had a spare bedroom, Hope in his arms. “Not going home?” I sleepily asked.

“No, baby, not tonight,” Jessie whispered. “You went to sleep about five minutes into the movie. Julian told us to just crash here since you and Meghan already made plans to hang out again tomorrow.”

“Mmm,” I mumbled as I sleepily linked my arms around his neck, resting my head on his shoulder.

He gently laid me down on the bed, and between my two men, they managed to get me undressed and then redressed in one of their t-shirts before they sandwiched me between them.

“Go back to sleep,” Lincoln whispered in my ear.

“I love you both,” I mumbled, my words barely coherent.

Lincoln softly laughed behind me at how badly slurred my words were. “We love you, too,” Jessie whispered. “Now take your cute ass back to sleep.”

I sure as fuck didn’t have to be told that twice. That night, I had the best night’s sleep I’d had in over a month. I was between both of my men, safe and secure. I was healed. I knew some days would still be rough, but I knew that as long as I continued taking my medication as prescribed, I continued going to therapy, and I continued leaning on those around me when I needed it, I would continue to live—to thrive.

Because as long as I continued to let that light glow, that broken girl inside of me would continue to heal, never to break again.
