“He’s coming!” Logan claps, starts jumping up and down when he sees Creed’s truck round the bend. My breath hitches as I see him through his windshield, beard longer than normal, hair messy, but the smile on his face, God, it’s like it’s always been, bringing me desire like never before. Maybe I should have asked Creed’s parents to watch the kids tonight. If I know him, he’ll want me just as badly.
As soon as his truck is in Park and his door opens, the boys are on him. Creed doesn’t even get his foot on the ground before Logan and Ethan land on him. My husband doesn’t miss a beat, squatting down for Logan to climb on his back while he picks up Ethan before making his way to Zach and me. There’s nothing sexier than seeing Creed be a father to our boys.
“Hey, sugar.” He kisses my lips softly, then Zach is reaching out for him too.
“Well, hello there, handsome, you ready to wrangle your boys?” I tease him.
“Yep, my parents will be here in two hours. Go take a breather. I’ll hang with our boys, and then you’re mine, Laney.” I hear the desire in his tone, and I lean up, needing one last kiss because I know exactly what tonight is going to entail. Years later, and we still have that magic in the bedroom. I am one lucky woman, and I’m going to make sure Creed is an even luckier man tonight.
