My mouth waters, taking in her rolls, contemplating how pretty they would look with a technicolor of bruises, some new purple ones over the fading yellowish, green ones. The girl makes me crazy in every single way. Somehow, she’s eclipsed my world and turned it on its damn axis.
I stalk toward her and raise my arm, offering her my hand. “Come here, Sweet Girl.”
She smiles at me, placing her delicate hand in mine, and I swear she just handed me the universe. One fucking smile from her and my heart is beating so damn fast it might explode out of my chest. She’s a drug that hits your bloodstream in one full blast, consuming you in every way so you can’t imagine ever going without. You’d rather die.
Her hand trembles as she goes to push her hair behind her ear, then quickly remembers it’s caught up in a ponytail. It’s sweet that she still gets a little nervous around us. She gazes at the spread on the kitchen island, the food surrounding velvet boxes holding clear, sparkling diamonds. “What’s all this?”
I grip her hand firmly and walk her over to the spread, maybe even dragging her a little. “We need to talk.”
She halts, stopping our movement. “Talk?” Her voice cracks as she says the word as if worried something terrible is about to happen. “Talk about what? What’s going on?”
I turn to her, touching her soft cheek, the pad of my thumb rubbing her full bottom lip. “Relax, Sweet Girl. The sky isn’t falling.”
“I don’t like being told we need to talk. That’s never a sign of something good.”
“This time, it’s not bad news, Sweet Girl.”
A heavy sigh escapes her lips as her feet move with trepidation toward the island. I hoist her up by her waist and place her on the chair.
“I don’t think I’ll ever get over how easily you all lift me.”
I chuckle and place a chaste kiss under her ear. “Real men, baby. That’s what happens when you’re with one.”
Stella fidgets with her fingers, twirling them mindlessly while her eyes move between the three of us. “So, what’s up?”
“We’re getting married,” Axel blurts.
The guy has no tact. He couldn’t wait for the presentation or for us to get on our knees and do the damn romantic Disney shit for her. Stella puts up with a lot from us, she takes so much and gives effortlessly, and this moron couldn’t do one thing that was just for her. “You couldn’t go with the script, you asshole?”
Axel shrugs, a coy, boyish smile on his lips. “You know I’m not good at this shit.” He turns to Stella and winks. “I’ll make it up to you later with my tongue.”
Stella laughs. “So, which one of you am I marrying?”
Three sets of eyes turn to her, and we blurt in unison, “All of us.”
Ronan grabs her hands in his, holding them steadfastly as he bends level with her eyes. “It’s all of us. Always. No one is above another.” He casts his head down, something fluttering in his eyes, but the emotion is gone before I can make it out. “Unless you’d rather be with one of us over the other.”
“No!” she says with force. “Absolutely not. I can’t imagine my life without any of you. I love you all. All three of you. There’s no way I could pick one of you. That’s why I thought a wedding was out of the question.”
“We were thinking about a ceremony in the woods behind Dad’s house. You know, since that’s where it all began.” Axel wags his eyebrows.
Stella smiles. “In a fucked up Axel way, that’s kind of sweet.”
Axel points his spoon at Ronan. “It was his idea.”
Stella laughs. The sound is like angels singing. “Makes sense now.”
I grip the back of her neck, forcing her gaze on me. “You’re our world, Sweet Girl. Will you let us make it official?’
Her warm brown eyes lock with mine. “Yes.”
“Then it’s settled,” Axel says, gesturing with his spoon. It’s apparent the man is hungry. “We weren’t sure what type of jewelry you wanted, so we got you these.”
Stella’s eyes widen as she takes in the diamonds in front of her. A diamond-encrusted choker from me. A ten-carat diamond ring set in platinum from Ronan and a diamond tennis bracelet with tiny diamond handcuffs as clasps from Axel.
“Let me guess. The choker is from Kian, the ring from Ronan.” She lifts the bracelet, her eyes focused on Axel. “And this is from you.”
Axel smirks. “I love how you know us so well.”

RONAN
“Can’t shake the stalking habit, huh?” Stella murmurs.
Watching a woman get ready is sexy. Watching Stella get ready is divine. The girl looks attractive in a paper bag, but the world stops and pays attention when she goes all out. So there’s no way I’ll let her go anywhere without one of us by her side. I can’t imagine there was a time when she wasn’t aware of the power she has on every man who comes into contact with her.
