I dip my head and kiss her belly. I like that it’s not completely flat, but it’s perfect for her curvy body. Before I get lost in her scent or the softness of her skin, I pull back.

Standing, I move her back a bit with my palms on her waist. She eyes me warily as I move deliberately slow. I remove my dress shirt, then my shoes, socks, and slacks. When we’re both standing before each other in our underwear, I turn to shut off the water.

Turning back to face Sidney, I wrap my arms around her waist and draw her closer. Palming her ass, I dip in to peck her lips. Her soft hands land on my chest, causing my cock to twitch against her stomach.

“We’re going to get into that bathtub, and we’re going to relax and talk. Because you’re so damn tempting, I’m going to sit on one side and you’re going to sit on the other,” I finally answer her question.

I’ve unclasped her bra with one hand while answering her without her even noticing until it falls to the floor. I laugh when she looks down in surprise as her lush breasts bounce free. Smoothing my hands down her sides, my fingers enter the waistband of her panties, pushing them from her hips. They, too, land at her feet.

She looks up at me with her pleading brown eyes, nearly breaking my restraint. I call on the power of three hundred men to stay the course. Squatting before her, I reach to unfasten the strap of her shoe on one ankle, then the other.

I run my palms up the backs of her legs, then back down again. I can feel the goose bumps rise. I lick my lips at the sight of her mound in my face, but I don’t dare lean forward for a taste. I’m not a fool, I know what that taste will do.

Instead, I allow my fingertips to travel up her calves again. This time rising to my full height as I do so. I take the course slow and steady, enjoying the feel of her.

“Clayton,” she yelps, when in a swift move, I wrap her waist with one arm and lift her from her shoes.

Her fingers go into my hair, my free hand goes to her delicious ass. Sidney wraps her legs around my waist as if they were meant to be there. I shove down my underwear with one hand, then step into the bathtub, slowly lowering into the water. Our eyes remain on each other as we descend. I lean forward to deposit her on the far side of the tub before retreating to the other side.

Sitting my back against the tub, I move my legs on the sides of Sidney’s body, caging her in. I reach for her small feet, bringing them to rest against my stomach. I watch her face as I take her right foot and begin to massage it.

“Tell me about your family and childhood.” I give the soft command.

I watch as she leans back, allowing herself to relax under my watchful gaze and the feel of my touch. She bites her lip, and her head falls back. I wait patiently for my answer.

These are things I read about her in reports, but that doesn’t compare to her memories and real-life experience. I want to know her, what makes her tick and feel.

“My dad wasn’t around for long,” she begins, looking up at the ceiling. “I vaguely remember him. Not that he was a bad dad, he was a soldier. He was gone so much I don’t remember him. He went MIA when I was about four. They never recovered his body or any of his team.

“I do remember the day my mom was told. I was playing in the backyard of my grandmother’s house with my little friend, the neighbor. We lived with grandma then. Mommy had been hanging clothes on the line to dry. Grandma called her inside.

“Suddenly, I could hear the piercing wails of my mom. It stopped me in my tracks. Somehow, even at such a young age I knew that sound would change our lives forever…” Her words trail off.

There’s sadness on her face as tears gather in her eyes. I wait patiently for what I know is coming next. It pained me when I read it in her file. Sidney is a remarkable woman. Her strength to persevere is astounding.

“My mother was never the same after that. She and grandma fought a lot until one day, we moved out and into the projects. Everything changed from there. My mother started to lose more and more of herself.

“Chloe and her mom were my saving grace. Ms. Sinclair made sure I was okay. She became like a second mother to me. She made sure I had school clothes and that I wasn’t dirty. She fed me and took care of me when I was sick.
